- Tribe, the Virgin Group Discount Scheme (“the Scheme”), is a discretionary benefit provided to employees of the Virgin Groups of Companies and other companies (“Participating Employees”). The Scheme and the offers and discounts made available by participating companies may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- Permanent full-time or part-time Participating Employees who wish to participate in the Scheme are eligible to join. Those on fixed term contracts should consult their People department before applying.
- The Discount Card issued as part of the Scheme remains the property of Virgin Management Limited at all times. As a condition of joining the Scheme, Participating Employees agree to return the Tribe Card to their People Department or department manager upon termination of their employment for whatever reason.
- The Scheme is intended solely for the personal use of Participating Employees and is only available to immediate family, dependants, partners or friends where specified in the current Scheme discount details.
- The Scheme may not be used for any kind of commercial or re-sale activity, and Tribe Cards are personal and non-transferable; they may not be lent, sold or given to anyone else at any time.
- In the event of deliberate abuse of the discount privileges associated with the Scheme, individual cards will be withdrawn by the company employing the persons who abused the Scheme or directly by Virgin and participation terminated immediately.
- Participating Employees must apply in person to receive any discount benefits available.
- Virgin does not accept any liability whatsoever for any failure or omission by the third party supplier of goods/services in the Scheme; any claims by participating companies or Participating Employees must be brought directly against such third party supplier for whom Virgin acts as an agent, except where such failure or omission is a direct consequence of Virgin's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

If you are a permanent full or part-time employee of Virgin in the UK, yes you can join Tribe. If you are unsure as to your eligibility, please speak to your People team.
If you are a retired employee or not directly employed by Virgin, again just contact your People team.

My old card has expired, what should I do?
Just get in touch with our card issuers, Securit World, and (provided you are still eligible) they'll be able to sort out a new card for you as soon as possible. Call them on 020 8266 3333 or email them at tribe@securitworld.com.

If I leave, can I keep the card?
Sorry no, your lovely Tribe card remains the property of Virgin Management Limited at all times. If you do leave you must give your card back to your manager or your People team.
I've lost my card, what should I do?
Don't panic...we can sort a new one out for you, not a problem. Just let our card issuer, Securit World know and they'll send you a replacement. Call them on 020 8266 3333 or email tribe@securitworld.com.
What kind of web browser do I need?
Our site has been designed for viewing through Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 6.0 or above. The site is designed for 800 X 600 or 1024 x 768 screen resolution but we suggest 1024 x 768.
